FOOD HALL REOPENS AT ROYAL HAWAIIAN CENTER
The Royal Hawaiian Center’s Waikiki Food Hall had a short-lived debut, but most of the vendors returned last week.
The food hall opened March 7, but had to shut down after just 13 days due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Five vendors are back: Meataly Boys with grilled Hawaii- grown meats; Five Star Shrimp, known for garlic shrimp; Honolulu Burger Co., featuring free-range, grass-feed beef; Surfer’s Cafe coffee shop and the Tap Bar.
Reopening soon will be the smoothie shop JTRRD Cafe, musubi-maker Potama and Milk, with its whipped soft-serve ice cream.
The food hall is on the third level of Building C, above Cheesecake Factory. Hours are 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sundays to Thursdays; until 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
