VINEYARD FOUNDER HOSTS WINE DINNER
Chapter 24 Vineyards founder Mark Tarlov hosts a wine- pairing dinner Sept. 15 at Vino Italian Tapas and Wine Bar.
The fare by Vino chef Keith Endo includes an amuse-bouche of seared day-boat scallops (paired with the 2013 Maison L’Envoye Bourgogne Blanc), braised Spanish octopus with smoked ham hock stew (2014 Maison L’Envoye Morgon “Cote de Py”), Chopped Vintage Natural Steak with roasted pepper romesco and crispy fingerling potatoes (2013 Chapter 24 “Last Chapter”) and a dessert trio of lemon olive oil cake, pistachio nuts and sherry, and cinnamon gelato.
