INDULGE YOUR FANTA-SEA: Chef Colin Hazama’s Auction Block Frutti di Mare is on the dinner menu for Fanta-Sea, a two-day event June 24 and 25. Fanta-Sea begins with a five-course meal at Azure at the Royal Hawaiian and continues the next day with a tour of Wing Sing Seafood, followed by lunch at the Royal’s Monarch Terrace. Cost is $150 for dinner only ($180 with wine pairings), $250 for dinner, tour and lunch ($280 with wine pairings). Call 921-4600.
