Easy can still be very delicious. This cheese and tortilla wrap sandwich is called a quesadilla. Add store-bought kalua pork and kimchi, and you have a winning combination with strong flavors. It’s easy to have all of the ingredients in your freezer or refrigerator. Simply heat in a skillet on the stove and make a fun dinner for those unexpected guests.
Kalua Pork Kimchi Quesadillas
Ingredients:
• 2 spinach wraps (flour tortillas)
• 1/2 cup kalua pork
• 1/4 cup chopped kimchi, drained
• 1/4 cup shredded cheese Directions:
Place one tortilla on a nonstick skillet on medium heat for 3 minutes. Flip over and cover with kalua pork, then chopped kimchi and cheese.
Cover with the other tortilla and continue to heat for 3 minutes. Flip over tortillas and continue until filling is hot, about 4 minutes. Remove to a large plate and cut into wedges.
Serves 2 people as an appetizer, 1 person as a meal.
