When I did some legitimate personal business,” on those roads, I was almost towed away.
It was cutthroat, even though I was legitimately there.
I never did business with anyone, after several recurrences.
Block off the roads and box them in!
Block them off… make it like a gated community.
No private property.

Use the powers of eminent domain, take them now! Absolutely incompetent government officials and legal staff in office.
Hey, the owners of the of the road decide if they want to pave and keep the road in servicable condition since it is a private road. What has the government got to do with this?
Eminent domain powers should be for the community good. The customers of these business can decide to go there or no. Find another business outside of this area to patronize. Might get owners of the road to do some upgrades. Nothing speaks louder than money.
A recently passed law that was supposed to give ownership of the streets to the state as the private ownership has been a potential sham to begin with. The claimed owners only hold a very questionable quitclaim deed that has zero validity.
The bum state workers have been incompetent as usual in doing their job to finalize the deed transfer.

The roads are not owned by the Chun brothers, they were victims of fraud when they bought bogus quit claim deeds.
Victims? They bought all the streets for a mere $5,000 USD even if the quitclaim deeds were 100% fraudulent. They’ve made millions from the fees they collected over the years. Victims my a$$!
I tried to walk down Queen Street off Cooke yesterday–ha! There are no sidewalks. You have to walk out IN the traffic. The owners have proven that they cannot or will not maintain the streets in usable condition, so time to condemn.
Well now, Someone FINALLY woke up!!!!!
