    When I did some legitimate personal business,” on those roads, I was almost towed away.

    It was cutthroat, even though I was legitimately there.

    I never did business with anyone, after several recurrences.

    I tried to walk down Queen Street off Cooke yesterday–ha! There are no sidewalks. You have to walk out IN the traffic. The owners have proven that they cannot or will not maintain the streets in usable condition, so time to condemn.
