Lanai Tabura is back with an 11th season of “Cooking Hawaiian Style” on Spectrum OC16.
The show, which airs at 7:30 p.m. Mondays, will continue to present how-to-cook segments with a mix of local entertainers and celebrity chefs.
First up this season was singer Tiara Hernandez, star of the WeTV reality show “The Lylas.” Hernandez walked Tabura through some of her family’s favorites (her brother is Bruno Mars), including her versions of shoyu chicken, loco moco and poke.

>> Mika Miyashima, a multimedia journalist and weekend weather anchor for KITV
>> Chelsea Kea, chef and kitchen manager for Times Supermarkets on Kauai
Main sponsor of the 11th season is Hawaiian Electric Co., with Times Supermarket providing ingredients used in the cooking segments.
