Ravish is putting a nostalgic adult spin on a small-kid-time favorite with the launch of its adult shave-ice cocktails, offered during two “Happy … Happier … Happiest” hours, 5-7 and 9-11 p.m.

Two of the new cocktails, $8 each, were inspired by the panoramic sunset from the restaurant’s lanai.

The Green Flash pays homage to the magic moment when a flash of green appears on the horizon where the last light of the day meets the ocean. Soft shave ice is topped with lychee and lime juices and lychee shochu. Condensed milk delivers the flavor of the childhood classic, while fresh fruit infusions appeal to an older, wiser you.

The Peach Bellini features Champagne shave ice with peach sorbet and a cassis snowcap capturing the colors of sunset.

Other flavors: Moe Ginger with Kai Lemongrass Ginger Shochu, yamamomo juice and Domaine de Canton liqueur; and Very Berry with Pau Vodka, Saint Germain The Cure liqueur, Cooper & Thief Bourbon Barrel red wine, cranberry juice and orange simple syrup.

Enjoy the cocktails with new small bites such as Filipino street-style sisig tacos, Seoul spicy chicken wings, black sesame short-rib sliders and a ceviche of the day. On Fridays, sip while enjoying fireworks over the Hilton Lagoon.
