The city’s new helicopter hovers above the Lunalilo Freeway and the Queen Emma Street overpass, on the alert to spot and report traffic snarls or accidents to the Honolulu Police Department. Queen Emma School is directly beneath the helicopter. The aerial photo was taken from its twin, the KHVH helicopter.
