Debbi Fields, the entrepreneur behind Mrs. Fields’ Cookies, shows off her namesake treats at the Mrs. Fields’ Chocolate Chippery shop at Ala Moana Center. “I have an image of being everybody’s grand- mother, so people are surprised to see how young I am,” said Fields, age 23. She began her cookie empire 3-1/2 years ago in a little shop in Palo Alto, Calif., which expanded to 16 stores on the mainland.4/7
