On the menu, curated by instructor Chef Craig Omori, was garlic mashed potatoes, roasted turkey with gravy, lilikoi and cranberry sauce, stuffing with Portuguese sausage, green bean casserole, baked candied Okinawan sweet potatoes, cucumber, tomato, olive and feta salad and a pumpkin bar dessert.
