The Snow Queen charms children walking through the Enchanted Forest, a winter wonderland ruled by Cedric the Dragon and inhabited by fairies, elves, Santa Claus and other creatures from the land of make-believe. The forest is being staged at McCoy Pavilion at Ala Moana Regional Park.
