Musician and portrait artist Mark Taylor waited for a patron on the sidewalk in Waikiki in 2011. Taylor had been creating his artwork for 12 years there and was arrested three times for peddling his work. Taylor was fined $150 in 2011 for using the drum function on his keyboards while playing on the streets.
