Westbound H-3 Freeway lanes reopened after vehicle fire extinguished
Westbound lanes of H-3 Freeway were reopen before 11:30 a.m. after being briefly closed by Kamehameha Highway due to a vehicle fire.
Honolulu police closed the lanes just before 11 a.m. today and reopened them about a half-hour later.
