A police officer issues a ticket and a tow-truck driver prepares to haul away a car with an Indiana license plate parked on the canal side of Ala Wai Boulevard during tow-away hours. Signs noting the tow-away zone are small and widely spaced, and thus easily missed by motorists who park at night.
