Attempted murder case opened after man, 22, shot in Hauula
A 22-year-old man was in serious condition after he was shot in the leg by an unknown suspect in Hauula Wednesday night.
The victim was taken to a nearby medical facility with two apparent gunshot wounds at 7 p.m., police said. Honolulu Emergency Medical Services personnel later transported him to a trauma hospital.
Detectives with the Honolulu Police Department’s major crimes detail were investigating the case as second-degree attempted murder.
