Dr. Rupal Gohil, who goes by Dr. Rupie, joined the COVID-19 Care Conversation to take viewer questions and talk about how to best protect yourself from the coronavirus when venturing out.

When it comes to masks, Dr. Rupie said it is important to make sure the mask is fitted to your face, and that you wash your hands before putting it on, and then again before taking it off, so as not to touch your face with contaminated hands. Watch the video to see her demonstrate how to properly put on and take off rubber gloves.

Above all, she emphasized the need to stay home whenever possible and limit outings to truly essential trips only, and explained why six feet of space may not be enough when it comes to interacting with someone carrying the virus. Watch here and comment through our Facebook page.
