Tune in to root for an Oahu resident as he tries his hand — or voice — at wooing judges on “American Idol,” during the fourth installation of this season’s auditions.
Lou Dawg (aka Louis Solywoda) of Honolulu, who describes himself as an ocean photographer, surfer, model and musician, will perform on tonight’s episode of “American Idol,” as he aims for a shot at national stardom.
Judges Luke Bryan, Katy Perry and Lionel Richie — who Solywoda had trouble identifying in a clip released by the show last month — will decide whether he’s got the chops to advance.
“Idol,” which launched its 18th season Feb. 16, airs at 7 p.m. on ABC.
