Overturned tractor-trailer removed from Nimitz Highway in Iwilei

An overturned semi-trailer near Pacific Street in Iwilei is affecting traffic on Nimitz Highway and the surrounding area this morning.
An overturned tractor-trailer has been removed from the area of Nimitz Highway and Pacific Street in Iwilei and the roadways are reopened, Honolulu police said at about 1:45 p.m. today.
Area traffic was clogged after the tractor-trailer crashed on the Ewa-bound lanes of Nimitz Highway at the intersection with Pacific Street late this morning.
The road has since been cleared.
