Houston visitors Morgan Dobson, left, Dayna Riley, Emmie Riley, 6, Lance Riley, Miles Riley, 8, and Erik Dobson walked along the boardwalk from Kee Beach back to the new parking lot at Ha‘ena State Park on Monday after the reopening of Kuhio Highway. They are frequent visitors to the area, and the elder Dobsons were married on Lumahai Beach just down the road.
