Alexander & Baldwin Inc., a Honolulu-based real estate investment trust, said Friday it will increase its quarterly dividend by 2 cents, to 16.5 cents. It will be payable June 6 to shareholders of record as of the close of business May 10. A&B will announce its first-quarter earnings Thursday.
Matson Inc., the state’s largest ocean cargo shipping company, said Wednesday it was maintaining its dividend at 21 cents. It will be payable June 6 to shareholders of record at the close of business May 9. Matson will announce earnings May 8.
A&B, which used to be the parent company of Matson, announced in December 2011 that it would split off Matson into a separate company. The split was completed in June 2012.

Anthology Marketing Group has announced the following new promotions and hires in its Digital and Advertising groups as well as its Public Relations Group:
>> Vanessa Goncalves has joined the Public Relations Group as a digital and social media strategist. She will work with in-house and clients account service teams to address their social media and digital marketing objectives as well as provide strategic counsel. Prior to working for Anthology, Goncalves served as a Facebook ad specialist at Saxton Horne Advertising, located in Sandy, Utah.
>> Cheyenne Maltezo has joined the Public Relations Group and works as an assistant account executive while providing account service support to clients in the retail and hospitality sectors. Prior to working with Anthology, Maltezo was a marketing coordinator for Rehab Hospital of the Pacific.
