Spend spring break taking in the sights from atop the Century Wheel, grooving to music by Kapena or Sean Na‘auao, or visiting a petting zoo — all at the Hawaii Kai Carnival, happening over the next two weekends across from Maunalua Bay.
“It’s nonstop fun for everyone of any age,” said Donna Smith, vice president of E.K. Fernandez Shows.
The company, which has been entertaining families for more than 100 years, will provide its iconic rides, classic games and traditional fair fare. Other musical guests include The Travelahs, Bryson Moralez and Micah G.
“Hawaii Kai Carnival offers a community-focused event that gives back to fund youth programs,” Smith noted. The carnival is a benefit for Hawaii Speed & Quickness, which provides sports training and mentoring to children.
