Town-bound lanes of Likelike Highway were empty this morning after a fallen tree closed all town-bound lanes before the Wilson tunnel.
Police have reopened the Honolulu-bound lanes of Likelike Highway before the Wilson tunnel after workers cleared a fallen tree.
The highway lanes were closed off for about two hours this morning.
