Hawaii island police are searching for a 34-year-old man from Kona who is wanted for felony assault.

Drew Camacho is described as 5 foot 11, with brown eyes, black hair and numerous tattoos on both arms and on his body.

Camacho allegedly assaulted a man and a woman at their home off Kaiminani Drive in Kona on Monday morning. Police said he left in a black, 1998 Honda Civic, with graffiti on it, with vehicle plates ZCG-186.

Police said the public should not approach Camacho, who is considered dangerous. Tips on his whereabouts can be made by calling Big Island police at 935-3311, texting TIP HAWAIIPD followed by your message to 888777, or going online to file an anonymous web tip.
