Fired employee had previously confused drills

Bruce Oliveira, who headed the state inquiry into the ballistic missile false alarm, released the findings Tuesday of the investigation of the Jan. 13 incident. “I wanted to assure you that the men and women who work for the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency are committed to ensuring the health and well-being of the community and they do that job well,” Ige said.
