Woman assaulted while holding toddler in Aiea
Police arrested a 26-year-old man after he allegedly kicked a 23-year-old woman in Aiea.
At about 9:30 a.m. Monday, police said the suspect and victim were arguing over custody of their 2-year-old daughter. The suspect allegedly kicked the victim while she was holding their child in her arms.
Police arrested the 26-year-old man on suspicion of abuse in front of a minor who is less than 14 years old.
