Kamehameha Highway reopened after crash near Kahana Bay

Police closed Kamehameha Highway because of a crash this afternoon near Kahana Bay.
Police were contraflowing traffic at about 4 p.m. today on Kamehameha Highway near Kahana Bay because of a crash.
Initially, the road was closed in both directions after a crash at about 3 p.m. in the area of 53-065 Kamehameha Highway, near Kahana Valley Road.
Firefighters, paramedics, and police reponded to the scene, and one person was taken to a hospital in serious condition, police said.
