Man charged in burglary of Kailua home
A 26-year-old man has been charged with burglarizing a home in Kailua.
Keano M. Bruhn, of no local address, was charged Tuesday with first-degree burglary and second-degree assault.
He’s expected to be arraigned at District Court this morning. Bruhn’s bail has been set at $15,000.
At about 12:35 a.m. Monday, Bruhn allegedly entered a Mowai Street home and struck an occupant.
Police said he fled the scene but later returned to the home, where officers arrested him.
