>> The Honolulu Community Action Program has announced that Tram Ngo is their planning and development specialist. Her responsibilities include providing support in evaluating and developing agency services and programs, coordinating fund development efforts and implementing corporate communication strategies overall. Ngo was previously a program coordinator for South-East Asia Center in Chicago.
