Stage Restaurant
Visiting Stage Restaurant is like visiting a friend’s home — the unique furniture at each table provides just enough of a personal touch to evoke a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
When I entertain at Stage, guests always ask me what to order. My favorite is the Colorado lamb chops, honey-crusted and dusted with marcona almonds. My other go-to choice is the Duck Duo, with pan-roasted duck breast and confit. A touch of smoked maple sends this dish over the top.
Since every item on the menu is outstanding, I often suggest the five-course tasting — or better yet, the seven-course tasting. From lobster bisque to red wine-braised beef to a delicate dessert, you can never go wrong.
Everyone knows Stage’s wines are chosen to complement each dish, and if you want to sample more, head over to the adjoining Amuse Wine Bar and sample to your heart’s content.
