Two Hawaii island men appeared in District Court in Hilo on Monday on various charges in connection with a stolen sport utility vehicle at Wailoa State Park on Friday.

Jessie Campbell, 31, who allegedly was a passenger in the SUV, was charged with promoting a dangerous drug, promoting a harmful drug and possessing drug paraphernalia. Bail for Campbell, of Hilo, was set at $21,000.
The two were arrested at Wailoa State Park in Hilo after exiting a stolen SUV, police said.
The SUV was taken from a home on Malolo Street in the Hawaiian Beaches subdivision in Puna on April 4, police said.
Police said Campbell was in possession of crystal methamphetamine, unauthorized prescription drugs and paraphernalia associated with the use of illegal drugs.
During the investigation police determined that Alisa was also a suspect in a forgery case.
In that case a customer, later identified as Alisa, allegedly used a counterfeit $100 bill to pay for an order at a fast-food restaurant on Makaala Street in Hilo on Thursday.
