Two men were charged Saturday with taking property from a 14-year-old boy in Kalihi.
Shane Nihoa, 21, and Taylor Apana, 20, were both charged with second-degree theft. Their bail was set at $11,000 each.
Police said the boy reported the men demanded his property and used force against him to take his property about 5:30 p.m. Friday.
Responding officers arrested Nihoa and Apana on suspicion of second-degree robbery at 6:15 p.m. at Kalakaua District Park on McNeill Street. The case was later reclassified to a theft case.

Chronologically they may be adults, but most likely they still act like they’re in high school sophomore year.
Are they still teaching about the birds and the bees in high school?
