Kailua road reopens after truck flips
Police reopened a section of Kapaa Quarry Road Saturday morning after clearing away an overturned truck.
The stretch of road between Kalanianaole Highway and Mokapu Saddle Road was closed for about 3 hours after the 9 a.m. accident.
There were no reports of serious injuries.
