Maui police said an investigation is underway about a 6-year-old Maui boy who died following an accident on a motorized dirt bike.
Maui police, who responded at 12:30 p.m. Monday to the park at Eddie Tam Gym in Makawao, said the boy was not wearing any protective gear.
The boy was transported from the park to Maui Memorial Medical Center, where he later died.
