Boy, 2, hurt when scooter hits car
A 2-year-old boy was seriously injured Saturday when the scooter he was riding collided with a car.
The incident occurred around 5:07 p.m., according to an Emergency Medical Services report.
The report did not include complete location information. However, the Honolulu Police Department traffic log lists a vehicular accident in Kailua at the same time.
Paramedics provided advanced medical care before transporting the child to a local trauma center.
