Bank robber hits First Hawaiian in Chinatown
Police are asking for help in finding a man who robbed the Chinatown branch of First Hawaiian Bank.
Police said a man entered the bank on North School Street at about 12:15 p.m. Tuesday and handed a note demanding money to the teller. He fled on foot in an unknown direction.
The suspect is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with short, gray hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a dark, short-sleeved T-shirt with long denim pants.
