Makakilo man arrested in connection with choking, assault
Police arrested a 27-year-old Makakilo man Thursday morning on suspicion of felony abuse for allegedly choking a 22-year-old woman.
During an argument on Wednesday the man allegedly restricted the woman’s airway and assaulted her, police said. The woman later left the home.
Police arrested the man at the Kapolei police station.
