Honolulu police officers found a woman
Prosecutors charged Saturday a 15-year-old boy with the murder of his 36-year-old mother at their Waimanalo house.
The teen, who is not named by police because he is a minor, was charged with second-degree murder in the death of Shannell Moku.
She died after the 8:45 pm Thursday beating at a nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead.
She died if blunt force injuries to her head and face.
