Man, 31, charged in Waikiki threatening case
A 31-year-old Kailua man was charged Thursday with threatening another man near the Waikiki Natatorium.
Police said John Rowe was arrested Wednesday night after he allegedly threatened a 46-year-old man with a weapon. Officers recovered the weapon, but did not describe it in a police report.
Rowe was charged Thursday with first-degree terroristic threatening. His bail was set at $15,000.
