Officer chases, arrests 3 teenagers in Kapalama
Honolulu police arrested three teenage boys, 14, 16, and 17, after they allegedly entered a business that is also a residence in Kapalama early Monday morning.
Police said someone inside woke up and found two of the teenagers in the business and chased them out the door at 2:05 a.m. The third suspect stayed outside, police said.
An officer in the area saw the suspects running away, chased them down and arrested them, police said.
