Waimea Public Library on Kauai will reopen on May 7 at noon following the completion a re-roofing, air-conditioning repair, and photovoltaic installation project, said Paul H. Mark, a spokesman for the Hawaii State Public Library System.

The library shut down temporarily on August 31 for the scheduled repairs.

Waimea Public Library is located at 9750 Kaumualii Highway, across from the Waimea High School campus.  For information about programs and services, please call the Library after it has reopened at (808) 338-6848.
