Man allegedly rummaged through a car in Iwilei
Police arrested a 36-year-old man after he was caught rummaging through another man’s car in Iwilei on Sunday.
The 32-year-old victim witnessed the suspect going through his belongings and detained him until police arrived.
Samuel Kruger, who does not have a local address, was charged Monday with unauthorized entry into a motorized vehicle. His bail was set at $15,000.
