Prosectors have charged 39-year-old Michael Miske Jr., part-owner of M Nightclub, with second-degree assault and criminal property damage for a Dec. 15 incident.

Miske is already scheduled for trial July 1 on a second-degree assault charge for allegedly assaulting Washington Redskins tackle Trent Williams Jan. 25 at the nightclub two days before the Pro Bowl.

Miske posted $350,000 bail and will be arraigned in Circuit Court at a later date for the Dec. 15 incident.

Also charged in the Dec. 15 incident was John Stancil, 25, a bouncer at Miske’s Kakaako nightclub.

Stancil was arrested for second- and third-degree assault Tuesday and is still in custody unable to post $50,000 bail. He will make his initial District Court appearance on Thursday.

Both Miske and Stancil were arrested following the Jan. 25 incident at Miske’s M Nightclub where Williams was injured.

In the Dec. 15 incident, police said Stancil and Miske allegedly assaulted a 40-year-old man at 3:45 a.m., causing substantial bodily injury. When a 41-year-old woman tried to intervene, Stancil allegedly assaulted her, causing bodily injury.

The criminal property damage charge against Miske is because he allegedly caused $1,500 worth of damage to items belonging to the 40-year-old man.

Police would only say the incident occurred in the Kakakaako area and the item damaged was not the victim’s car.

Stancil was to be tried April 23 in Honolulu District Court on two counts of misdemeanor assault committed against Williams and his brother, Fredrick, who was also at Miske’s nightclub on Jan. 25. However, Washington Redskins All-Pro tackle Williams was a no-show and the trial was rescheduled for July.

Williams suffered a cut on his head requiring multiple stitches, sidelining the 6-foot-5, 328-pound offensive tackle from the Pro Bowl game.

Another M Nightclub bouncer, Michael Buntenbah, 40, is scheduled to stand trial in Honolulu District Court in July for misdemeanor assault involving Fredrick Williams during the Jan. 25 fight at the Kakaako nightclub.
