Man charged after allegedly trying to strangle woman in Wahiawa
Authorities today charged a 41-year-old man for allegedly trying to strangle in June a 28-year-old woman with whom he had lived in Wahiawa.
Police said the two had gotten into an argument June 4.
Police arrested Wednesday Christopher Cobb, who was already in custody at the Oahu Community Correctional Center, on suspicion of felony abuse of a household or family member, a Class C felony.
Cobb was charged with felony abuse. His bail was set at $11,000.
