Police arrest Kailua man as habitual drunken driver
Police arrested a 27-year-old Kailua man, who has three driving under the influence convictions in the past 10 years, as an habitual drunken driver following a roadside investigation.
Officers pulled the man over on Kaukonahua Road near Hukilau Loop near Waialua for a traffic violation early Wednesday morning.
