Prosecutors charged a 54-year-old Aiea woman Thursday with second-degree attempted murder for allegedly stabbing her husband Wednesday at an Aiea apartment complex.

Police arrested Shu-Na Hsiao 3:23 a.m. Wednesday at 98-245 Moanalua Rd.

Police said the woman allegedly stabbed her husband with a knife at about 2:45 a.m. Wednesday.

Hsiao’s husband, 58, was taken to the hospital in serious condition. Police said he had been apparently stabbed multiple times by his wife.

Hsiao’s bail was set at $50,000.
