The Food Network will air the second of two "Iron Chef America" episodes this weekend that were filmed on Oahu as part of the network’s "Grill Week" programming.
After two days of filming at Marine Corps Base Hawaii in December, the first episode — a "Tailgate Showdown" — aired in January, with Iron Chef Michael Symon beating Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto in a challenge with wild boar as the secret ingredient. This weekend’s "Military Grill Battle" finds Iron Chefs Cat Cora, Symon and Morimoto each partnered with a member of the armed services, cooking right on the tarmac in Kaneohe.
The "Iron Chef" episode will air at 7 and 10 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. Sunday on the Food Network.
