Police arrest suspect after fight with cashier over alleged food theft
A 26-year-old man allegedly got into a fight with a cashier after stealing food from an ABC Store Saturday in Waikiki, police said.
The cashier confronted the alleged thief after the man took several food items without paying from the store at 2394 Kuhio Avenue about 6 p.m., police said.
The two men fought and officers arrested the suspect for investigation of second-degree robbery.
