UH clinic to resume speech therapy sessions after fire
Appointments will resume after a University of Hawaii medical school clinic was displaced by a fire last month.
The university said Tuesday clinical appointments will resume as early as this week for the medical school’s Communication Sciences and Disorders Department for speech and language therapy.
The clinic and its students and faculty were displaced by the Feb. 12 fire that destroyed a building at the Manoa campus that stored records.
The department will contact clients to let them know when their therapy sessions will resume.
