Police arrest 2 after copper stolen from Bellows base
Police this morning arrested two men in Kaneohe who allegedly stole copper pipes from a building at Bellows Air Force Station.
Police arrested a Waimanalo man, 40, and a Waikoloa man, 39, at a Waikalua Road address in Kaneohe about 8:30 a.m.
The Waimanalo man is being held pending charges of theft of copper, second-degre burglary and a contempt charge. The Hawaii island man is being held pending charges of theft of copper and second-degree burglary.
