Boy, 7, dies after falling on knife
A 7-year-old boy died Sunday after he apparently tripped while running with a knife and accidently impaled himself.
The boy was taken by Emergency Medical Services to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The incident happened at a Kalihi home around 11:50 a.m.
